Membership Rules
Membership/Card numbers are strictly non-transferable. Allowing someone else to use your membership number will contravene your membership rights and may result in membership being withdrawn.
Booking lines are open from 9.30 am to 9.00 pm on 01325 300600
- Members are allowed to book up to 14 days in advance, without prior payment.
- Cancellation is not a problem. However, if you cancel within 48 hrs of your play time you will be charged for the booking, unless we can resell your slot. This charge will show as a default on your membership until paid.
- Members in default can only book one more activity until outstanding debts are paid.
- Payment of the booking must be received within 21 days.
- If payment is not received within 28 days your membership will be suspended and you will be excluded from the Complex.
- No refunds will be made on paid bookings.

- Replacement cards will be charged for.
